    At the high school level if the student has been identified for tutoring because they are behind in credits, then please insert a row under the student’s name and use that row to explain the number of credits the student should have and where they currently stand and please be specific about which course(s) you are referencing.
    The same thing needs to occur at other grade levels to explain the lack of progress in a particular course or subject, it this is the reason the student has been recommended for after school help or additional services.
