Write up

The write-up should be typed and should include the following:

____ Lesson objective(s) and/or skill(s) being addressed (1 pt.)

____ Name of research-based strategy and other strategies utilized (1 pt.)

____ Description of activity/lesson (1 pt.)

Lesson/Activity

The lesson/activity will be scored according to the following guidelines:

____ Evidence of planning and preparation (2 pts.)

____ Utilization of at least one research-based strategy (2 pts.)

____ Class involvement/engagement (2 pt.)

____ Use of materials/instructional supports as needed (1 pt.)
