Objective: What was the objective and how was it relayed to the students?
Activate Prior Knowledge (APK): What “hook” was provided by the teacher that connected the students to the content to be learned?
Teacher Input: How was the lesson presented? What was the teacher’s role in facilitating learning for students?
 
Student Active Participation: How did the students interact with the content? How did the activity extend the learning for the students?
Identify Student Success (ISS): At the end of the class period, what did the teacher do to hold the students accountable for the content learned? Was the objective more meaningful to the students at the end of the class?
