adapted

school
 
psychologist.
  
It
 
is
 
the
 
duty
 
of
 
the
 
case
 
manager
 
and
 
psychologist
 
to
 
mail
 
consent
 
forms
 
and
 
then
 
to
 
schedule
 
meetings
 
once
 
the
 
evaluation
 
has
 
taken
 
place.

is
 
a
 
team

Adapted

regularly.
  
The
 
idea
 
is
 
that
 
the
 
Adapted
 
physical
 
educator
 
will
 
provide
 
enough
 
assistance
 
and
 
ideas
 
that
 
the
 
general
 
physical
 
educator
 
can
 
continue
 
the
 
modified
 
program.
