through general education?
3.
Is there evidence of a severe discrepancy (typically beyond on standard deviation)
between the student and his/her age peers, or evidence of a severe discrepancy between
the student’s ability and academic growth potential?
4.
Is the presence of giftedness substantiated by convergent data from multiple sources?
