Reminders!!!!
*Keep reading every night for 20 minutes.
*Please check your student’s agenda every
evening.
Students at Prairie, grades 3-5
have been taking an interim
assessment, which rides along
side the state assessments,
giving the students and teach-
ers an idea of the predicted
success come spring. Alternat-
ing each month, the students
will take a math interim, then a
reading interim. The results
are extremely helpful in learn-
ing what we need to cover
more of, or what we have mas-
tered well.
Our next round will be
Math: December 6th-8th
Reading: January 10th-12th
Please make sure your child is
well rested those days and
they have a good breakfast to
help fuel their brain energy.
Any help you can give them on
practicing math skills or read-
ing comprehension is always
appreciated.
It was great to sit down
and visit with all the
parents through
parent/teacher confer-
ences. The teamwork
we accomplish really
moves the student to
be successful
Remember, if there is
a concern or question you
have, you can contact the
office and they can put your
call through to our voicemail
or you can email us any-
time..
